A judge has blocked the USCIS fee increases due to take effect on Oct. 2, allowing the public to file for immigration benefits under current fee schedule until further notice.

The Department of Homeland Security recently announced changes to filing fees, effective for cases postmarked October 2 or later.  While nearly all visa programs will be affected by fee changes, we wish to highlight two major changes that will have a great effect on our clients. &
