JUST SOLD | The Art of Discernment

Not every home needs to be broadly marketed to achieve an exceptional result.

This home had all the ingredients buyers respond to: an A+ location, distinctive style, exceptional condition and floor plan. Our seller had priorities that went beyond price namely privacy, timing and a very specific future closing date.

We built the strategy around these priorities.

Instead of taking the home to the broader market, we quietly introduced it to a carefully selected group of agents with whom we have longstanding relationships and who understood the value of the opportunity for their qualified buyers.

The result was multiple offers, a successful sale and a price that met our seller’s objectives - without sacrificing the privacy or timing that mattered to them.

Success requires market knowledge. It requires relationships. And, perhaps most importantly, it requires knowing when not to do what everyone else is doing.

"I cannot describe or properly explain how wonderful my experience was working with Anne Loveland, Sue Carr and their entire team. They took such caring attention to my home and treated it with love and respect - even though I was living across the country. They were upfront, smart and very savvy when it came to the sale of my property. I am forever grateful for their service and…they sold my home expeditiously and with care. Their attention to detail was amazing. I highly recommend their services."
