To date FinCEN has only issued notice of the proposed regulation and has opened it to public comment until February 7th. We expect that the final regulation will go into effect sometime this year and when it does we will be here to help the businesses affected by this regulation meet their reporting requirements.

YLG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
