Birthright Citizenship was upheld by the US Supreme Court today. While I can not believe that this constitutionally guaranteed right was even litigated to begin with, I am happy about the decision. Never give up!

Department of Homeland Security has now stated that even people who have entered the US legally with a visa may not be able to apply for a green card in the US and may have to go back to their countries and apply at the US Consulates for their green cards. This includes even immediate relatives of US Citizens, such as spouses, children under 21 and parents of US Citizens.
