Elevate Your Mediation Skills. Strengthen Your Practice.

Registration is now open for Mediation Mastery’s 40-Hour Mediation Training, beginning January 5, 2027.

This engaging five-week, live online program is designed for professionals who want to become more confident, effective, and prepared mediators. Through expert instruction, interactive learning, role plays, mock mediations, civil and divorce case intensives, and practice-building strategies, participants will gain practical tools they can immediately apply to real-world disputes.

Led by Leyla Balakhane and Jennifer Johnston Terando, R.N., Esq., alongside an experienced faculty of mediators, attorneys, and professionals, the training offers a unique opportunity to learn from accomplished leaders in the field, sharpen your approach to conflict resolution, and develop the skills needed to navigate challenging conversations with greater confidence.

The program also includes guidance on building and marketing a mediation practice, helping participants not only strengthen their mediation skills, but also expand their professional presence and create new opportunities for growth.

The training meets DRPA training requirements, includes a Certificate of Completion, qualifies for 12 hours of MCLE credit, and is verified by the Academy of Professional Family Mediators APFM).
