Today on my birthday, I got a verdict from a Riverside court jury for almost 2.5 million dollars. I will have a punitive damages phase on Monday. The total verdict should be over 10 million. My office starts another trial against Boeing on Tuesday. That one should be a 20 to 25 million dollar verdict. No rest for the weary. I've been in trial since early September with no rest. ..I will keep you posted on the results.

Unfortunately, it's been a while since we posted. Exciting things have been happening with the firm. We just moved to 707 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 4300, Los Angeles, CA 90017. The Suite is beautiful and the views are spectacular! We recently settled a disability case involving a trucking company for $500,000. Another disability case involving a medical equipment company for $300,000. A sexual orientation case for $550,000, and a couple smaller disability cases for around $200k against a warehouse company and large make-up company. Next week, we are going to trial against The Boeing Company on an age and race discrimination case, where we hope for a jury verdict of around $20 Million.
