STORYTIME! After only 2 days on the market, we procured a qualified tenant for our client.

Our client had his beautiful townhouse listed with another agent. Months went by with no action, even at below market rate. He reached out by referral, and that's when we put our systems to work! We analyzed the numbers and decided he should actually be getting MORE than what was previously advertised.
