I need your help with something that feels surreal.
My episode (65) of the LawHer Podcast — "Everything You Want: The Neuroscience of Getting to 'YES'" — has been nominated for a Signal Award in the "Best Driveway Moment" category.
Here's the thing: I'm up against Mel Robbins (4.5 million monthly listeners, over 200 million downloads) and The Moth (a storytelling institution). These are giants. Icons. Shows that have built massive, devoted audiences over years.
And then there's me — someone who hasn't built that kind of momentum yet, but who has a message I believe can change how people show up in the world.
In this episode, I share how to become maximally persuasive using your emotional intelligence. It's about getting great results with less stress…. More success with less anxiety…. how every communication is an opportunity to influence through body language, eye contact, cadence, energy, and word choice.
And most importantly, it's about leveraging the irreplaceable human qualities you need to compete and thrive in an AI-dominated world.
We all love Mel Robbins and The Moth — and for good reason. But if my episode is nominated alongside theirs, it's because the message is gaining momentum. Maybe it's because people are starting to recognize that these ideas also matter.
Your vote would mean the world to me. Not just because I want to win, but because every vote amplifies a message that helps people advocate for themselves, negotiate better outcomes, and lead with the kind of emotional intelligence that no algorithm can replicate.
