USCIS has 120 days after your naturalization interview to make a decision. That's the law, not a courtesy. Past that deadline, you can ask a federal judge to take over your case.

This isn't the first time we've taken USCIS to federal court over delays, and it won't be the last. We're filing again, this time as a group case, for people whose interview was more than 120 days ago with no decision.

This isn't the first time we've taken USCIS to federal court over delays, and it won't be the last. Interview done. 120+ days. Still no decision. Federal law gave USCIS 120 days after that interview. Past it, you can ask a judge to step in.

A client sent us these screenshots. A fake account used my name and my photo, moved the conversation to WhatsApp, and asked her for $750 to "expedite" her case. She had already paid every fee. The moment she said so, they disappeared.

Please remember: ALWAYS check my official social media profiles before responding to any suspicious messages. My real contact info is only available on my official pages. Every fee in our office is in your signed agreement and paid through official channels — never by DM.
