A broken piece of janitorial equipment turned an ordinary hospital visit into a $2.54 million premises liability case.

Our client slipped and fell inside a hospital after a janitorial service used defective equipment that was leaking onto the floor. Our team pursued responsibility from both the hospital and the janitorial company, pressing each side on its role in allowing the dangerous condition to exist.

In the end, the case was recognized by TopVerdict as the #1 Slip & Fall Settlement in Los Angeles last year.
