As Black History Month draws to a close, we are mindful that no single month is sufficient to recognize and celebrate the impact of Black Americans. We're grateful to FROST LLP's Director of Litigation Support. Allison Mayo Andrews, for leading us in an outstanding Black History Month lunch and learn session. We look forward to carrying our learnings from the session through the year--as we increase our knowledge of influential Black people in history, celebrate and engage with the community, and express support for our Black colleagues and friends. Meet “Twitch.” David Tiraturyan, so nicknamed because we have two Davids on our team, is one of our legal fighters at FROST LLP. He’s also a new member of the California Bar. We’re inspired by the next generation of legal talent, like David, and the impact this cohort will have on our firm and the legal community broadly.

David’s practice focuses primarily on entertainment, intellectual property, privacy, antitrust, and administrative law disputes, as well as on emerging issues in law. On his own time, David enjoys watching old films and visiting museums.

Meet “Shack.” David Shackelford is one of our legal fighters at FROST LLP. He represents Fortune 500 companies, private businesses in professional sports and gaming, executives in business and technology, music industry figures and artists, celebrities and influencers. David graduated from Harvard Law School. Since that time, he has established a strong record in business litigation, including commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, defamation, fraud, and white-collar litigation.

David loves music, often spending time at music festivals and concerts by his favorite artists.

Meet Elen Kazariants, an associate attorney with a keen interest in intellectual property matters. She is one of our legal fighters and a new member of the California Bar. We’re inspired by the next generation of legal talent, exemplified by Elen and her fellow FROST LLP associates, in building our firm and watching our legal industry grow in strength.

Elen, who has a background in politics and public policy, handles matters concerning antitrust, employment, general business, corporate and partnership, and entertainment disputes. When needed, she applies her fluency in the Armenian and Russian languages. On her own time, Elen enjoys travel, fashion, and pop culture.

Meet Lawrence J.H. Liu. Lawrence is a legal fighter whose career has taken him from New York to California, Canada, China, and Taiwan as he represents global businesses in established and emerging industries. Whether advocating for clients in cryptocurrency or consumer optics, in commercial, class action, or intellectual property disputes, Lawrence is an experienced litigator who draws on his Mandarin Chinese language skills as needed.

Lawrence is a sports enthusiast (and New York Knicks fan) who practices mixed martial arts.

Meet Zachary West. Zach is one of our legal fighters at FROST LLP. He’s also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. As a Marine, he developed an unmatched sense of focus and discipline that he now applies to legal strategy and advocating for clients. Zach’s diverse practice primarily focuses on emerging technologies, entertainment, the music industry, professional sports, and real estate. Zach's recent achievements include successfully prosecuting a 12-day arbitration, and he is now preparing for two separate multimillion-dollar trials (one bench and one jury) in 2024. Zach epitomizes the philosophy at FROST LLP that exceptional skill drives opportunity and success.

We’ve known Zach since he graduated from Loyola Law School. We also know that he loves spending time with his family, trying out new French restaurants, and enjoying yet another habit he picked up in the Marines–long-distance running.

In her career as a senior paralegal at major law firms in Los Angeles, Allison has built a significant skill set and an excellent reputation.

In recognition of her career seniority and her contribution to FROST LLP as we grow, Allison now leads our litigation support team.
