I sat down with .furman, host of The Vignette Effect Podcast, and we got into the most contentious IP issues entrepreneurs are facing in the age of AI, and what you actually need to know to protect your brand.

Because your brand isn’t protected just because you’ve been using it.

We covered trademarks, copyrights, what’s actually happening with AI-generated content, and how to turn what you already own into a revenue stream.

Full episode is live! Head to .furman’s bio to listen 🎙️

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨

We work with visionary women entrepreneurs building businesses that cross borders, and Poché is exactly that.

Founded by Kazi and Kathleen, Poché is a research & architectural design practice with roots in Dhaka, Bangladesh, offices in Dubai, and a brand new location in Los Angeles. Their portfolio includes work on the Abu Dhabi Airport and Bangladesh Airport.

We have the privilege of supporting their growth behind the scenes: trademark registrations, corporate structuring, and the legal agreements that keep a global business protected.

This is why we do what we do. 💫

Founders Weekend 💗

300+ women in one room, and it was magical. Building, scaling, and showing up for each other. I came in hoping to connect and meet new women. I left with relationships I know are going to last.

Thank you and for building the most supportive community for women entrepreneurs.

And to every founder I met this weekend - thank you. You reminded me why community is everything.

Recharged and inspired 💖

On March 24, 2026, the USPTO unveiled a commemorative trademark registration certificate to mark their 250th anniversary. Every trademark approved this year carries a one-of-a-kind anniversary design that will never be issued again.

We’ve been busy making sure our clients are part of this historic moment, and there’s still time for you to be too. July 4, 2026 is the milestone. Don’t let it pass without protecting what you’ve built.

This is the year to trademark your business. Message me and let’s make it happen.

ChatGPT can’t protect your brand.

A NY federal court already confirmed it: AI-generated responses are not confidential legal advice. And every time you copy-paste a contract from the internet or ask ChatGPT to “review” your terms, you’re leaving your business exposed.

The Legally Savvy CEO Club was built for founders who are done guessing and ready for real legal protection (without the hourly billing anxiety).

It includes:

✅ Monthly trademark monitoring or contract review
✅ Direct Slack access to an actual legal team
✅ Annual trademark + copyright registrations

Founding member rate is $777/month (locked in for life) but only for the first 25 members or until May 16th.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it.

You can join through the link in my bio.

What if you had a legal team in your corner before you needed one?

Not after the issue.
Not when something goes wrong.
Before.

The reality is…most founders are building fast without legal infrastructure to support it.

And it looks like:

Delaying decisions because you’re unsure
Missing trademark conflicts too late
Using templates that don’t quite fit

Legally Savvy CEO changes that.

It gives you:

Ongoing legal counsel (not hourly billing)
Proactive IP protection
Guidance on real business decisions as they happen
So you can move faster, with clarity and confidence.

This is not what you would consider “having legal.” Instead, it’s building a business that’s actually protected as it grows.

Two completely different companies.
Two different industries.
Both using the same name… legally.

Until growth changed things. That is the key phrase.

When Apple moved into music through iTunes, it created an overlap with Apple Corps, and that’s where the conflict started.

Trademarks aren’t just about what you do today…
they’re about where your business can expand.

For founders, this is where things get overlooked.

You pick a name based on what you’re offering NOW, but as your brand grows, your category, audience, and opportunities evolve.

And if your protection doesn’t account for that… you can run into problems later.
This does not mean you have to overthink every decision; it just means you have to realize that your brand isn’t static, so your legal strategy shouldn’t be either.

If you’re curious about trademarking your business, comment TRADEMARK to learn more.
