We got to the embassy before 7am today and we were ushered in for pre screening

I was asked to drop my phone switch it off and left it with the security people and was given a tally for identification when I want to pick it up

Pre screening Interview by a Cameroon woman
Called my names in full
Ask me to take finger print
Ask me how long I have been in Cameroon which I answered almost one month and was given number 14 together with my right in the US for domestic violence

When it gets to our turn we were called number 14 should come to window 9 a white man and when we get there,we was exchange greetings was asked to do finger print for myself alone and raise our hands for oath

Questions asked:
Who's is calling you to the state:I answered my husband and his name in full
Where we met:I answered Facebook
How many times he has visited :I answered 8 times
Tell me more about the group where you meet him and how both of you started:I answered
Is this your husband first marriage: I answered yes
Does he has children:I answered yes he has a son
When did your divorce finalised:I Answered July 25th 2022
Where is your children's father:I answered he's in porthcourt Nigeria
Then he asked my kids
How often do your dad visit:My kids dad visited plenty times with smiles on their faces
He asked during your dad visit,what you do guys do:They answered Dad takes us for swimming and shopping

Next I heard is Congratulations I'm approving your visa with a paper to pick up our visa in two weeks time and they returned all the documents that was collected

I arrived at embassy at 5:50am & was called inside embassy around 9am. I was #24 window #19

CO: good morning (she was a nice woman)
I: good morning ma'am we exchanged pleasantries

CO: Who is calling you in the United States?

CO what's her name?

CO: where is she's living at the U.S

CO: How did you know or meet her?

CO: What year did she visit?

CO: what year did you got married?

CO: how many times has she visited?

CO: how many kids and what's there names and ages?

CO: and how many people staying in the house?

CO: Was she married before and what happened ?

CO: divorce what year?

CO: Have you been married before ?

CO: What’s her occupation in the United States?

CO: What’s the name of her company?

CO how old are you?

( The C:O )She's started returning all my documents back to me , while I was busy parking all the documents back to my file 🗄️
She ask the last question ❓ unaware..

CO: how old is your wife and which state she was born?

I reply immediately
She smile 😊 and said it's seems I like I was attracted to older lady's . I smiled back

CO said ok I will issue you a visa ok
Him: thanks ma’am

CO: fill out this form and follow the instructions for your visa pick up within 2 to 3 weeks

Medicals done on 13th of March
Got to the Embassy 20mins past 7
We were outside till 8am before we went inside.

Inside the embassy, was directed to window 1 were i met a black man who collected some of my documents and evidence of bonafide marriage(Affidavits of support, Petitioner and co sponsor passportpage,my original birth certificate,court wedding pictures, white wedding pictures,pictures taken at the airport, original marriage certificate,police certificate from Nigeria and benin,petitioner citizenship certificate,my passport and passport photos)

And he asked me questions like: Is this ur first marriage, is it ur husband's first marriage, do you live in benin,asked me what i went to brazil to do cus i have the visa in my Passport, asking who are the people in the pictures i gave to him

After sometime i was called by a dark lady at window 2 who took my fingerprint and returned my husband citizenship certificate

*Interview Questions* *Proper* (Male CO interviewed me)

●Who is calling you to Us?
●What is his full name?
●Where does he live? I started by saying his house address, he said No just the state where he resides
●Do you have any Kid?
●Does he have any kid?
●Is this your first marriage?
●Is it also your husband first marriage?
●Have you lived anyother country other than Nigeria?

*Am seeing alot of Nigerians here these days,why did you transfer your case to benin?*

●What is your relationship with your co sponsor?
●Have you applied for US visa before? The expression on his face says he knows the answer but wants to know if i will say otherwise
●Do you have children together?

●He flipped through my pictures and asked if i were the one in the picture.

He didn't collect anyother evidence other than the one that the first man collected previously. Even when i tried bringing more evidence he said don't worry that he has enough already.

What i heard next was....
*I am approving your visa, you visa,he handed me the green paper* 😁

I asked when i can come to pick up my passport
He said i will get mail within 2wks but i should not book any ticket or pay for flight yet.

In summary, the CO is welcoming and had smile on his face throughout

Pls make sure you do your part,pray very very well and hand everything thing to God's hands, everything went smoothly.

Hello, everyone! Congratulate the newest US CITIZENS in the house.
It's truly good to be good. I’m so happy to celebrate this amazing man whom I met through Facebook and later added to my WhatsApp group and he gained all the legal information that helped him to get visa approval He quickly became like a brother to us.
