Orange County Managing Partner Karen Liao, alongside San Francisco Associate Safi Henson, received a complete dismissal in all actions against our client, a retailer!

After Plaintiff failed to provide the requested documents, the Superior Court granted our client’s motion to compel responses. Following the Court’s order, Plaintiff failed to comply, prompting our team to move for terminating sanctions, which was granted. The Court dismissed the case in its entirety with prejudice.
