Here's TRANSFORMATION: what’s happening at the 2026 Grammys takes my breath away 🙏 Asian artists aren’t “breaking through” anymore. They’re leading. They’re innovating. They’re defining the future.

I’ve had the absolute privilege of spending three decades as one of the only top-level veteran music attorneys in the world—and here’s the TRUTH: we’re watching history unfold AND be rewritten, right before our eyes.

The AAPI and Korean music community has moved from the margins to center stage. The talent, the resilience, the sheer creativity—it’s unstoppable.

AAPI voices aren’t just shaping the future of music.
They ARE the future. 2026

Yes, OpenAI adjusted their policy so estates can now request takedowns of AI likenesses for deceased figures. That’s progress —but let’s be REAL. Real protection means getting consent FIRST, not scrambling with damage control after the fact.
Artists and estates deserve SO much better than this. Period.
