What 10+ Years of Immigration Law Experience and Labor of Love Looks Like
We have been pouring our hearts out working on cases given the negative changes to immigration law, especially those affecting immigrant children.
This week went like this:
Monday:
U-Visa case arrives at USCIS office (a glimpse in the photo…hours of work!)
Filed first emergency case for minor
Tuesday:
Filed second emergency case for minor
I-601A waiver for my client APPROVED (after waiting several years for a decision)
Wednesday:
Frist emergency case of minor: APPROVED in San Bernardino Courthouse
Thursday:
Second emergency case of minor: APPROVED in Chatsworth Courthouse
Friday:
Immigration Court hearing (we keep on fighting my client’s asylum case
We succesfully completed filing the application of 4 immigrant minors this week!
Challenged ICE fines to my client
We keep on fighting until the end!
