🚗💥 Did you know? If you’re in a car accident in California and don’t have insurance, you can’t recover pain & suffering—even if it wasn’t your fault! 😱💰
Under Prop 213, uninsured drivers can only claim medical bills & lost wages, unless the at-fault driver was DUI. Don’t risk it—make sure you have at least 30/60/15 coverage! ✅
🚗 Big changes for California drivers! Starting January 1, 2025, the state’s minimum auto insurance limits are increasing:
➡️ $30,000 per person for bodily injury (up from $15,000)
➡️ $60,000 per accident for bodily injury (up from $30,000)
➡️ $15,000 for property damage (up from $5,000)
📢 Make sure your policy meets these new requirements! Insurance companies could deny coverage or refuse to renew policies that don’t comply. Don’t get caught off guard—check your policy now!
