An RFE happens when your application leaves questions unanswered.

It could be a lack of proof of relationship, missing financial documents, unclear status history, or incomplete submissions.

If it’s not clear, USCIS will ask for more before moving forward. ⚖️

This is one of the most common misconceptions.

Having a green card doesn’t mean you’re ready to apply for citizenship. You still need to meet residency rules, physical presence requirements, and timing guidelines that USCIS looks at closely.

If those don’t line up, your case doesn’t move the way you expect. ⚠️

🚨 BREAKING USCIS IMMIGRATION UPDATE 🚨

A federal judge has ordered USCIS to resume processing certain immigration applications that were previously paused for individuals born in 39 designated countries.

This is an important immigration law development that could affect many applicants whose cases have experienced long USCIS delays. While this ruling may help move some pending immigration cases forward, it does not guarantee approval. USCIS will still review eligibility requirements, conduct background checks, and complete security screenings before making a final decision.

If you or a family member has a pending immigration application, green card case, adjustment of status application, asylum case, or other USCIS matter that has been delayed, it may be time to review your case and understand your legal options.

🚨 Immigration Court Update: DHS is reopening many old immigration cases! 🚨

If your case was previously administratively closed or dismissed, DHS may now be filing motions or issuing Notices to Appear (NTA) to put you back into removal proceedings.

The good news? Many immigrants who have since married a 🇺🇸 U.S. citizen or have an approved/pending family petition may still have a path to a green card. Attorney Rod Armande explains how immigration judges are granting continuances so USCIS can process I-130 petitions, allowing eligible individuals to pursue adjustment of status before the Immigration Court.

⚖️ Has your old immigration case been reopened or recalendared?
💬 Did you receive a new Notice to Appear (NTA)?

It’s a common tactic to point to old injuries to avoid paying for new damage.

But that only works if no one challenges it.

We separate what existed from what changed and build your case around that truth. ⚖️
