What a satisfying and successful week we had at the office. After 5 years of protracted litigation, we finally went to the Trial that we were planning on, and strategizing for months. My client was nervous and I was confident, but positive, and optimistic that we would prevail. And so we did! All we wanted was for the bank to listen to my client's perspective and agree they had no case, and to lower his mortgage balance to an affordable amount. They refused! And so ... they lost. And now my client will live in his house without a $250,000 mortgage for here ever after! Sometimes these banks need to listen more, and stop intimidating the little person.
My client had initially made the decision to let go of his house when he was sued. Then, he had a change of heart and sought legal representation. Just imagine if he hadn't done that, he would be on the street today without a home! 💪🎈💥
