Amy is a paralegal and Allen Bryson Lamar’s business manager. Amy has been with the firm for over 11 years, where she supports its attorneys and clients with correspondence, aids in discovery and prepares invoices.

Amy graduated from Kilgore College with honors, earning her associate’s degree in legal assisting. She then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Tyler with her bachelor’s degree in human resource development and a minor in business administration.

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, working out, fishing, and being outdoors.

Meet the Team: Brent Bryson, Partner

Brent Bryson brings a unique combination of legal experience and real-world business perspective to Allen Bryson Lamar.

A native East Texan, Brent began his legal career in Fort Worth as in-house counsel for a group of privately held companies spanning energy, oil and gas, real estate and asset management.

After getting married, Brent and his wife (also a native East Texan) decided it was time to return home.

At Allen Bryson Lamar, Brent works with both individuals and businesses in areas including oil and gas, real estate, collections, entity formation and compliance, probate and estate planning.

His own involvement in oil and gas, real estate, timber and land management gives him an added understanding of the opportunities and challenges business owners face.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys time with his wife and two children, traveling, hunting, fishing, golfing, riding his dirt bike — and keeping up with their Golden Retriever.
