I grew up in a house built in 1880. The house next to us,
The Loring House, was built in 1658. It just sold.
This house down the hill, once Lovells Tavern, was built in 1744. It's for sale. Could you Iive in such an old home?

My best Real Estate advice is to Buy, Rehab, Rent, Repeat. And IF/WHEN the market takes off, YOU take off with it. Take your profit and move on. Buy another property or pay off a mortgage or two, enjoy earning double digit rental returns and/or pay off your primary home, then enjoy the peace and security of your mortgage free properties.
