Here is 5 tips to achieving the best outcome when selling your home.

1. Find past sales of the agents & don’t look at the price. Take a close look at how the images are taken, & look for details. Are they shooting your property off an iPhone, when the property is worth over XX+ and subject to make money at x commission?

2. Great agents use their time and money to pour love into the listing 1000+% before it goes on the market, eliminating negative responses from potential buyers during market.

3. Are they part time or full time? Why does this matter? As market is shifting, hiring someone who has seasoned the last few years, FULL-TIME knows the heartbeat of the market “people behavior” vs someone steps in once in awhile and pretend to know the market. It’s easy to sound good, however not easy when things sits on the market past 60 days. Full-time agent, focuses solely on the business of real estate + relationships + clients = reputation.

4. Relationship matters. It doesn’t matter who you are, the world is smaller than you know.

5. Communication. Is the agent you are working with keeping you in the loop of your sale, purchase? Did they hit a home run the first two weeks on market? Perhaps, first 3 weeks, in this normalized market?
