Our pet-friendly community has 1 - 3 bedroom apartment homes in the heart of Downtown Long Beach, California. Two finish styles are available! Choose between our Modern finish style with sleek white quartz countertops, gray hardwood-style flooring, and wooden shelves and rods in spacious closets. Or, check out our Traditional finish style with golden granite countertops, white shaker cabinets, and brown hardwood-style flooring. Camden Harbor View's apartments are outfitted with a full-size washer and dryer, an undermount stainless steel kitchen sink, spacious closets, private patio/balconies, and resort-style amenity spaces designed to give you the freedom to do what you need and want. Working from home is easy in our many loft-style and live/work apartments, like floor plans A4L or U2A Live/work. Residents enjoy indoor and outdoor amenities, including two swimming pools, a two-story fitness center outfitted with various workout machines, a huge community workspace with a conference room and wireless printer, outdoor BBQ grilling stations, a private dog park, on-site retail, free WiFi throughout the common areas, firepit lounges, and more! Located just 1 block from historical PIKE, Camden Harbor View also sits on the race route of the Grand Prix of Long Beach, the largest spectator race of its kind in the United States. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, you will experience Southern California living at its finest. Camden residents can take advantage of an exclusive discount with CORT to rent furniture and accessories for your apartment home.
