Here's a bright idea: Bring your old light bulbs into Lompoc City Hall, and exchange them for free with brand new LED bulbs!

City of Lompoc utility customers may bring their old light bulbs into Lompoc City Hall, located at 100 Civic Center Plaza, to participate in the light bulb exchange program. Residential and commercial customers are limited to 10 and 25 new bulb replacements per utility account, respectively.

The replacement program is on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available while supplies lasts.
