Paralegal – Family Law

Pitcher Law PLLC, a respected family law firm in Logan, Utah, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, effective, and professional legal services. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in family law who is ready to contribute to a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
· Draft, proofread, and file legal documents (petitions, motions, discovery, affidavits, and trial exhibits).
· Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including witness coordination and evidence organization.
· Conduct legal research and summarize findings relevant to family law cases.
· Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines with accuracy.
· Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
· Schedule hearings, mediations, and appointments with efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in family law strongly preferred.
· Paralegal certificate is valued, but substantial work experience as a paralegal is preferred whether or not certification is present.
· Strong knowledge of Utah and/or Idaho law.
· Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation.
