If attorney Dallin Littlefield was appointed as your public defender in Judge Fonnesbeck’s court, then Ryan Holdaway is now your attorney. We have been reaching out to any clients that we have contact information for, each week as your name comes up on the court calendar; if you have not heard from our office, we most likely do not have a current, working phone number for you - so, please feel free to reach out to our office via text or phone. As of July 31, 2023 - attorney Ryan Holdaway has been reassigned as a public defender in Judge Fonnesbeck’s court.

We have been working diligently at getting all of our new client’s case information switched over, obtaining all contact information & discovery & familiarizing ourselves with the details of each & every case; all to better assist our clients to the best of our ability in obtaining the very best outcome, as possible.

Additionally, we have been assisting attorney Dallin Littlefield with his switch over to Judge Cannell’s court, to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible, for both the clients & attorneys.

If you have been appointed Ryan Holdaway as your public defender, in the First District Court in Logan, please use the utcourts website - you can search by your name, or your attorney’s name, and find your next hearing date, & if you haven’t heard from me, feel free to contact our office the week before your hearing & I will get you set up with an appointment to talk to Ryan. We are still trying to get everyone’s contact information, so if I haven’t text you, I may not have an accurate phone number for you so it helps me a lot when you send the first text & just let me know who you are; that way I have your number and can get you scheduled before court.

If you were appointed a public defender in Judge Cannell’s court, you most likely have Ryan Holdaway as your court-appointed attorney. Below is a link to the court calendar for this upcoming Wednesday December 21. If you aren’t sure when your next court date is, this is the best way to check. You can use the court calendars to search today, through the next 30 days. You can narrow your search by case number, attorney’s name or your name. This link is specifically for client’s of Ryan Holdaway, for Wednesday December 21 ONLY. You will need to adjust the search criteria if you want to broaden the search.
