MI-JADR extends our sympathy and condolences to the family of long time employee Nicholas Ryan, especially wife Abby and son Alexander. Nicholas passed away on August 22 after a three year battle with Glioblastoma. Nicholas worked mostly in the back administrative offices in both Texas and MI but some of you may have met him while he would cover the front desk answering phones and meet, great and seat mediation and arbitration clients. Nicholas was most recently was responsible for updating the website and you will see many of his recent photographs on our updated web pages and social media.

Nicholas Alexander Ryan passed away August 22, 2026, at the age of 27, after a courageous three-year battle with glioblastoma. Nicholas faced his illness with extraordinary courage

Our 25 year old son Nicholas was diagnosed with glioblastoma in August 2023. He has had surgery, radiation and chemo. Although there is no known cure for GBM, there is promising research being done. MIJADR and the Ryans support Head For The Cure and hope to see you at the event.
