I read this on an email that I received and wanted to share:
Take time to reflect on the good and be grateful in your life, it will give you purpose and direction throughout the day. Take time to love your family and friends daily, build those relationships, it will give you the strength you need! Put in a minimum of 2 hours a day of focused work, this will produce your desired goals, nothing can replace focused action.
Don't forget about your body and your health, take at least 30 minutes a day to work on your body and be sure to give your body the right fuel so it runs at optimum levels. Also, remember that you will never change the quality of your life if you don't continually add new thoughts and ways of thinking, thus consistent learning is the key, take time to learn daily. Lastly don't go to sleep without planning for tomorrow, because those plans will create clarity and prompt you to take action on what needs to get done.
