Just sold in Livermore!!

I cannot express how happy I am that this is officially closed.

A little backstory without giving too much detail: We ended up closing over 2 weeks after our scheduled closing. Not because of any loan complications or more “normal” issues that can come up in a transaction. Everything was done on time and all the main parties did their job.

3 days prior to closing we had a signing requirement from an uninvolved party who refused to sign a single document. We ended up having to get an emergency court order through the court to have this document signed.

This was especially stressful as my client really wanted this house and was as risk of losing it plus more.

Thankfully we were in contract with a great agent and seller who was understanding and granted us 2 escrow extensions without any pushback to get this done.

Not every deal is a simple process. Sometimes things come up that is out of our control. You really should align yourself with a quick thinking and responsive agent who takes ownership in your situation so you’re getting the best representation possible.

My first ever eagle! It came on a par 5 from a chip in from about 30 yards out. Smooth as butter.

Absolutely smoked driver off the tee then my second shot went to 30 yards out from the green.

Smoothest chip of my life. Landed about 4 ft from the hole and softly rolled in. What an amazing feeling.

Typically on par 5’s I either shank driver 80 yards right or my second shot after a good drive goes about 3 yards. This entire hole was magical.

Shot a 91 on the round. Next on the list is to break 120 consistently 😂
