Please take a moment to remember our fallen from my first deployment with 2nd Battalion 5th Marines.

So many families and lifelong friendships changed forever. Please say a prayer for those affected by such tragic loss.

It's not just a 3 day weekend...

Please remember the fallen Veterans! Your ultimate sacrifices will never be forgotten! Semper Fi 2/5! These are the faces of 15 guys I deployed to Ramadi, Iraq with in 2004-2005 that never got to come home with us.

They never saw their wives, girlfriends, parents, children, other family, or friends again because they died fighting for our Freedoms that so many take for granted.

14 of them were killed within our first 3.5 months deployed during the very bloody battles of the Fallujah push. About 6 dozen others survived with serious injuries such as losing an arm, leg, eyesight, and/or hearing.

Over 250 of us were injured during this deployment alone. Dozens more have taken their lives since too. The struggle is real. I thank every Veteran for your service and sacrifices!

Toys for Tots holiday toy drive successful! Thank you to everyone that donated any toys to help needy children this holiday season! We did pretty good this year for our little Livermore office. I will be participating again next year!

We are collecting unwrapped toys to donate to others in need. Please contact me ASAP if you would like to donate anything. Anything helps. Even if it’s something small like a hot wheels car it may mean the world to a kid during these crazy times.

Deadline for collecting toys is next Thursday, December 3rd. Send me a message and we can figure out how to pick up or drop off any toys. You can drop off at my real estate office in Livermore, I can pick up from you, or you can drop off at my Hayward ranch.

Earlier this year at the onset of COVID-19, one of my law enforcement friends reached out to me to help him purchase his first home. One of my preferred lenders immediately set him up with his loan pre-qualification letter and the house hunting began during a very strong current seller’s market with historically low interest rates causing a greater demand than available supply currently. We looked at dozens homes together.

The long search paid off and we found the perfect property for him and his family that was more than twice the size of some of the homes we had previously looked at with a paradise of a backyard that has a patio, pond, and two decks (one from the living room and another off the master bedroom). Best part is that we even stayed more than $100k under budget in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Last month, I had the honor of handing my client keys to his beautiful first home. I am truly humbled that multiple law enforcement professionals from the police department that I previously worked for have chosen me to represent them with one of the most important decisions of their life.
