Only one in six agents in California qualify for this designation requiring extensive training in ethics and professional practices. As your Realtor®, it is my job to understand your needs and respond to them promptly, professionally and with integrity. Bay East Association of Realtors member. The Bay East Association works hard to provide high standards of ethics and professional practices and requires each member to uphold these standards. Only 19% of REALTORS have earned this designation. GRI is a national professional real estate designation. This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program that includes 92 hours of live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise. This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS and only REALTORS can earn the GRI designation.
