Emily Henrie, MSM is the Founder, Owner, and Managing Broker of Come on Home Colorado. A born-and-raised Coloradan, Emily brings a rare combination of corporate expertise and deeply personal service to every client relationship. Before founding the brokerage in 2015, she built a distinguished career spanning consulting, enterprise software, healthcare, and financial services — serving in roles from marketing specialist and analyst to project manager. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Management from Colorado Christian University and a Master of Science in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and Project Management from Regis University. She is licensed as both a Colorado Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker, and holds ABR and SRES designations. She has been honored as a Five Star Real Estate Agent every year from 2019 through 2025. Ethics, integrity, and genuine care are at the core of everything Emily does. Her specialty is life-transition clients — seniors downsizing, estate sales, first-time buyers, and families navigating major changes — and her goal is always the same: to leave every client in a better place than she found them.
