Three closings in one week! 🏡🏡🏡

All three are success stories. All three sellers reached the goal we had been working toward. And I couldn’t be happier for them.

But there’s a part of real estate that’s hard to explain until you’ve experienced it.

You spend weeks or months talking, planning, solving problems, celebrating wins and working toward the same goal. You get to know people. You grow close.

And especially here at Lake Gaston, selling can come with a lot of emotions. Even when it’s absolutely the right decision, saying goodbye to a place that holds so many memories can still be bittersweet. I feel some of that right along with my sellers.

Pickleball at Lake Gaston?
Yep, we have a little bit of that too. 🏓

I get asked about more than houses around here. People want to know where to eat, where to boat, where to meet people… and lately, where to play pickleball!

Here are some Pickleball locations:

🏓 Warren County Parks & Recreation offers indoor pickleball at the John Graham Gym in Warrenton, with weekday morning play.

🏓 Lake Gaston Baptist Church also offers indoor pickleball on Saturday mornings.

🏓 And several Lake Gaston communities have private courts for residents, including Tanglewood Shores, Ferncliff and Roanoke Shores.

I even know the companies that install private pickleball courts!

That’s one of the things I love about Lake Gaston. Yes, the lake is what brings a lot of people here, but there’s a whole community that comes with it if you want to seek it out !
