Our Story
Sweeney Enterprises is a full service real estate brokerage and construction company.Sweeney Enterprises is the collaboration of two brothers, John and Matthew Sweeney. They grew up in their family's home building business. Their father, Kevin Sweeney, was an award winning builder and land developer for over 40 years. The importance of housing for all people was stressed and emphasized to them at a young age. Finding, selling and constructing homes for people remains a cornerstone of who they are and what they do today. They are unique in the fact that they can provide brokerage services, as well as construction and general contracting to their clients. After having owned and operated their family businesses as well as working in a large international real estate firm they felt they could blend the best of both experiences. Their feeling is that every real estate transaction is different and must be tailored to each and every customer. After having collectively marketed and sold over 400 homes, together with their 60 years of combined experience in building, remodeling and land development they bring a wealth of knowledge to each and every transaction they are involved in.
