Natalie Gray recently produced a 490 page transcript from a two-day board hearing. She kept her head down, stayed focused, and got it done on time without any assistance. She even completed it before heading out on vacation, all while continuing to take on other jobs.

We’re shining the spotlight on one of our newest reporters, Katherine Phillips, and let’s just say she understood the assignment!!

When Katherine arrived early (gold star already ⭐) for a deposition in a small town, she ran into a curveball: no reservation and not so helpful staff. Did that stop her? Not even a little.

Katherine jumped into action, found a new location at a nearby courthouse, kept everyone in the loop, and made sure the deposition started right on time like the pro she is.

The client didn’t just notice, they called immediately to tell us how impressed they were and how much they appreciated her going above and beyond. Now THAT is how it’s done.
