As we celebrate 250 years of American independence, we wish everyone a safe, happy, and memorable Independence Day weekend!

Our office will be closed today in observance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth is a reminder that freedom, even when declared, was not immediately delivered to everyone.

On June 19, 1865, enslaved people in Galveston, Texas learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued.

Today is a day dedicated to honor the resilience of Black Americans, remember the truth of our history, and recommit ourselves to the continuing work of making freedom meaningful for all.
