Today, Poynter Law Group filed a $500 million lawsuit against Express Scripts on behalf of 12 Arkansas family-owned pharmacies for its decisions to consistently under pay our pharmacy clients under Arkansas law.

We are proud to represent Arkansas independent pharmacies and want to say thanks to the Arkansas Legislature and Governor Huckabee Sanders for providing our pharmacists with the tools necessary to take on this fight.

A group of independent Arkansas pharmacies is suing Express Scripts Inc., one of the largest pharmacy benefit managers in the U.S., contending the pharmacies were underpaid, in violation of Arkansas law, for prescription reimbursements for medicines.
