Hello All,

Join us for a joint federal and state defense training; in which, AACDL presents DEBRIEFING THE PARKLAND SENTENCING TRIAL. It is one and half days of conversation and insights on the Parkland Sentencing Trial with the Parkland Defense Counsel, the Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Expert Witness Team which includes some of the nation's best experts on the subject matter and the Mitigation Specialist-Kate O'Shea. We also got Juror #8, Dr. Melody Vanoy; to hear a juror's perspective of the trial.

John Williams, Arkansas Assistant Federal Public Defender will start us off on day one as he presents Making the Record for Habeas and Handling State and Federal Charges Simultaneously. Attorney Chris Adams will finish day one with his presentation on the Colorado Method
