✨ Please join us in welcoming Jessalynn M. Born-Davis to the Turner & Rasch team! ✨

Jessalynn is an Associate Attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience in civil litigation, probate, trusts and estates, business formation, guardianship, juvenile law, and family-related matters. Before joining our team, she spent twelve years as the managing member of her own law firm in her hometown of Beebe, Arkansas.

Since 2014, Jessalynn has represented the State of Arkansas in dependency-neglect and adult maltreatment cases, advocating for clients in courtrooms across the state. A graduate with honors from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, she has also been recognized by Arkansas Business and named one of AY Magazine's Best Lawyers for multiple consecutive years.

We are thrilled to have Jessalynn join the Turner & Rasch family and know her experience, dedication, and passion for serving clients will be a tremendous asset to our team. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome! 🎉

Turner & Rasch LLP will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10th, for professional development while our staff and attorneys attend continuing legal education courses at the Arkansas Bar Convention. We are thankful to have an excellent bar association in our state that provides so many wonderful opportunities for our team to learn and grow. 👩‍🎓⚖️

🎉 Turner & Rasch LLP Turns 5, and announcing the opening of our Conway office! 🎉

Five years ago today, on June 2, 2021, Turner & Rasch LLP opened its doors with just two attorneys, a vision, and a commitment to helping Arkansas families navigate some of life's most difficult challenges.

Today, as we celebrate our 5th anniversary, we are incredibly grateful for how far we've come. What began as a two-attorney firm has grown into a team of four attorneys and five dedicated staff members, all committed to providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective representation for our clients.

And we're not stopping there!

In just two weeks, we will welcome a new attorney to the firm, allowing us to expand our services beyond family law into probate, estate planning, contract law, business law, and additional practice areas. We are excited to offer even more ways to serve our clients and communities throughout Arkansas.

We're also thrilled to announce another major milestone: as of today, Turner & Rasch LLP is officially opening a satellite office in Conway! While the Conway location will operate by appointment only, we expect it to be fully up and running by the end of this month and look forward to serving clients throughout Central Arkansas from this new location.

None of this growth would have been possible without the trust our clients place in us, the support of our families and friends, and the hard work of our incredible team. We are proud of what we've built together over the last five years, and we're even more excited about what the future holds.
