Fowler Law Firm focuses on three major practice areas: Labor Law; Criminal Law; and Civil & Administrative Law for employment and law enforcement related cases. This plan, conceived in 2002, is the premier law enforcement legal defense plan in the state. No other plan offers as comprehensive coverage for on and off duty coverage. Many officers have been and are commonly subject to a host of false allegations levied against them because of their status as a police officer or other motivations. Today is the official day to pass the torch of the honor of defending the members of the MN FOP. As most of you know, I gave my notice last January that this would be my last contract as the legal defense provider to the MN FOP. As of midnight tonight (10/31/24), if you have a critical incident please call Joe Tamborino at the number below. He is a giant in the MN defense community and will serve the members of the MN FOP extremely well. It has been my honor for the last 23+ years. However, I have accepted a new and exciting opportunity to help protect my own community by joining the St Croix County District Attorney’s office as an assistant DA.

Yesterday I was humbled and honored to receive an honorary membership to the MN FOP, Lodge 4, Federal Officers Alliance. Truly, I value this as the highest achievement and honor that I have recieved in my professional career. It has been my great privilege and honor to serve as MN Fraternal Order of Police General Counsel for 23 years. I am sad to be retiring from this position, but also excited for my newest opportunity in St. Croix County. Thank you John Chalich for nominating me (pictured to the right), you are a tremendous friend.
