Don't get caught with your phone while driving! 📱🚫 Starting June 5, 2026, PA drivers can be fined for holding or using a mobile device while driving under the state's new distracted driving law, known as Paul Miller's Law.

That means no texting, scrolling, emailing, or holding your phone while driving, even if you're stopped at a red light or sitting in traffic - or you can face a $50 fine!

✅ Hands-free calls are still allowed
✅ GPS navigation is permitted
✅ Music and podcasts can still be used
✅ Emergency calls remain exempt

A suspended, expired, or invalid license can create serious liability risks for employers.

At CNS Licensing, we help organizations stay on top of driver records, license monitoring, MVR procurement, and driver compliance management.
