Today I was SORELY reminded of WHY I do what I do. I hate a lady tell me she is on twelve month probation for "using a false name & dob" because her ID expired and she was waiting on a new one for GA. Then, where she reports is almost thirty miles from her home. Another lady said her sister in Dallas, GA is being "forced" to sell her home because the law doesnt allow her to rent her home to anyone except a mother, father, and children or traditional family unity. Does that even SOUND legal? This is why EVERY life situation should have an affordable attorney available.

Im so happy. My newest customer called me today. She got a ticket the DAY she enrolled with LegalShield!!!! The attorney is able to go to court on her behalf!!! EQUIFAX DEBACLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!

Here's what we know so far... 143 MILLION Americans were affected, meaning several of my FB folks. The Data breach happened MAY-JULY, but wasnt made public until this month. "The hackers accessed people’s names, Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses and, in some instances, driver’s license numbers. They also stole credit card numbers... and dispute documents with personal identifying information...." Therefore, Im encouraging EVERY person to have ongoing access to legal counsel. Find out what your rights are as well as Equifax's responsibilities. Also, have an ID theft plan in place for you AND your spouse, if married, and children, if you have them. I'd prefer you have LegalShield and/or IDShield from me, but if not, just dont get Lifelock. Why? It is reselling Equifax's monitoring program, but Equifax got hacked- that just doesnt make sense to me. Ensure that ID theft provider will FIX and RESTORE any identity theft incident, especially as the breached info can be used YEARS later. You shouldnt pay them and you still have to do most of the work.

3 Year IRS Audit:
“We were just notified of a three-year audit by the IRS for our personal and business taxes. This was to cover 2008 and 2009
We were asked to bring our 2007 taxes with us. Since we had just

Remember that legal access (especially through LegalShield) doesnt have ANY thing to do with YOU being a criminal... Maybe its just you being mistreated, taken advantage of, OR WORSE, put in a worse situation because of another's negligence. Just imagine the OTHER life situations where NOW using an attorney's input can help beyond this one.
