Celebrating 40 Years of Service
🎉 Life's Plan, Inc. is proud to celebrate 40 years of serving individuals with disabilities and their families.
Our story began in 1986 with the groundbreaking Self-Sufficiency Trust initiative in Illinois, an innovative concept designed to help families provide supplemental support for loved ones with disabilities while preserving eligibility for important public benefits. The program gained statewide and national recognition and helped lay the foundation for modern special needs trust planning.
Over the past four decades, we've had the privilege of helping thousands of families navigate complex financial, legal, and benefit-related challenges while working to enhance independence, dignity, and quality of life.
As we celebrate this milestone, we thank the families, beneficiaries, attorneys, advocates, board members, staff, and community partners who have been part of our journey.
Here's to the next 40 years of protecting futures and creating opportunities for people with disabilities.
