Progress over at our project on West Pine in Salem, Ohio. 🔨

The framing and new layout are really starting to come together on this one, and the whole feel of the house is already completely different from where it started.

Bought this house in Calcutta, Ohio as-is — here’s the renovated interior.

This one in Calcutta, Ohio is almost wrapped up — looks completely different now.😃

New landscaping out front, concrete patio, fresh gravel — even before you walk in, it already feels like a different place.

Inside, we opened everything up into one big space with the cathedral ceiling, redid the kitchen with new cabinets, granite tops, and appliances, and added more natural light with new windows.

Back through the house, all new bedrooms, bathrooms, flooring — and the master was built out from what used to be unfinished space.
Just about ready to go.
