We help homeowners facing foreclosure, probate, or divorce with fast cash offers — creating new beginnings for families and neighborhoods. We genuinely care about helping people in our community where sometimes realtors can't. Such as stopping foreclosure, negotiating liens or dealing with probate. We can also take on code violations, fire damaged, condemned or even tear down properties. We can do this by closing in as little as 7 days with cash and even give you time to move out if that is the best option. We will sit down with you and review all of your options so that you can make the best decision for you and your family. We are simple to work with and LOVE to share profits by paying for referrals. Bring us the ugly, the vacant or the complex and we'll put cash in your pocket. Give us a call today to let us know what YOU need help with!

Gel staining these discounted doors... the imperfections just add to their character..😂

Next up will be our door reveal 😍

We had a lot of drywall to get up there, so we brought in a little help. 😂

The boom truck made getting it up to the house a whole lot easier.

Just another step along the way on this house in Salem, Ohio. 🔨

Well, a few hours later and the back wall is in. 😂

Got the niche, corners, and drain done too. Had a few things to figure out, but nothing we couldn’t work through.

Now onto the other two walls and then the penny tile floor.

Figuring this bathroom out one piece at a time.😅

Got the back wall of the shower tiled, and somehow the tile lines lined up perfectly with the shower niche.

Completely unplanned, but it worked out pretty incredible honestly. 🙌

Then I found out you're supposed to cut out the grout joints right away.

Didn't realize how hard it would get if you waited a few days. 😅

So now I'm going back through everything with a pocket knife and multi-tool trying to get it cleaned out.

You live and learn. Won't do that next time. 😂

More updates from this bathroom renovation coming soon.
