Lincoln Market Update | July 2026

The Lincoln housing market remains resilient as home values continue to climb. The median sale price for existing homes reached $315,000, up 9.9% year-over-year, highlighting strong demand and steady appreciation. While pending listings are down 12.4% and closed units are down 7.6% compared to last year, year-to-date closed sales are still up 4.0%, showing continued market activity overall.

Inventory remains limited at just 2.2 months of supply for existing homes, creating favorable conditions for sellers and helping support home values. New construction inventory stands at 7.0 months, offering buyers additional opportunities in the market.
