Hoffschneider Law is growing and looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Trusts & Estates practice!
We’re seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience who wants more than a traditional associate role. Our Trusts & Estates practice area focuses on estate and business planning, trust and probate administration, real estate transactions, and includes a specialized focus on agricultural law and succession planning for farm families.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Outgoing and relationship-focused
• Entrepreneurial and interested in helping grow a practice
• Excited to become involved in the community
• Passionate about serving rural Nebraska families and businesses
• Interested in building long-term client relationships
