These hearings results in overcrowded courtrooms, shortened hearing notice, lack of language access, and due process concerns. At CIRA, we have seen these challenges firsthand--including clients who received hearing notices after their court date already passed.

Due process is a right. Every person in the U.S. deserves it as it is afforded to them by the Constitution. Every person deserves a meaningful chance to be heard before decisions are made that could permanently change their lives.
