Stop Asian Hate. On this National Day of Action and Healing, we invite you to join us next Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the Historic County Builiding Lawn from 10 am - 12 pm. We are partnering with other community organizations to gather peacefully with our Kaua'i community to bring awareness and visibility to the anti-Asian violence plaguing our nation and island communities.

HAWAII - get your ballots in! Ballots in Hawaii must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day - November 3 ,2020. That means if you are planning to mail your ballot in, MAIL IT TODAY to ensure it is received in time. If you want to drop it off, these are the locations accepting ballots: https://histategis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=40a88743b85b4fbfb8cf6128bacfedcf

You can also drop it off at at a Voting Service Center. You can STILL register to vote, including ON Election Day. Voter Service Centers are open: October 20 - November 2, 8:00am - 4:30pm
November 3, 7:00am - 7:00pm. You can vote in person at these locations as well.

The Presidential Election is extremely consequential, however the down ballot races are also very important. Vote for your US Representative, State Senators/Representatives, County Council Members and Charter Amendments. It's all important and you have a say in what happens.

Aloha Kauai! This is our new FB page - somehow we got locked out of our old one and can't post on it anymore.

We have been, and remain open during this challenging time. We have adapted our practice to meet your legal needs while still following all orders and social distancing protocols.

As the Courts begin to hear more cases and slowly re-expand their services, we are ramping up our practice as well. We are available by phone or Zoom until in person meetings are approved.
