Greater Lexington Paralegal Association The Greater Lexington Paralegal Association seeks to promote the paralegal profession in Lexington and surrounding communities.

The GLPA serves as a forum for paralegals to exchange ideas, opinions and concerns. Through the Association, we hope to increase the awareness of the public, judiciary and legal communities of the scope of paralegal responsibilities.

The Greater Lexington Paralegal Association (GLPA) is now accepting applications for its 2026 Student Scholarship!

💰 $500 scholarship award
⭐ Paid GLPA student membership for 2027
📅 Application deadline: October 31, 2026

The scholarship is open to students currently enrolled in a Kentucky paralegal education program for the Fall 2026 semester, with preference given to Kentucky residents in the Central Kentucky area.

📋 To apply, submit:
• Completed Applicant Information Form
• Two recommendations
• Brief essay
• Copy of your academic transcript

The scholarship recipient will also be featured in GLPA’s Paraphrases publication and invited to GLPA’s annual December luncheon for presentation of the award.
