My clients bought this 4 bedroom house in Boston's West Roxbury 4 years ago. They called and said they want to buy a house in the suburbs, so we need to sell this one. First open house last weekend was well attended and we got not 1, not 2 . . . 6 offers! in December!!! The house is nice, my professional photographer took great photos, and my clients took my advice about the pricing. That was the right move!

I have to brag for a moment.
Today my clients — who spent a full year searching, writing offers, and losing out repeatedly — finally got their dream home. They tried with another agent, then on their own, and by the time they reached me, they were exhausted and losing hope. A colleague in another state connected us, and within one month of working together, we secured this beauty.
